Hi, I’m Jeremy Glynn, owner and lead inspector at Empire Property Inspections. I’m a licensed, certified, and insured home inspector with many years of experience serving the phoenix metro area, with a background in framing, construction, and electrical, giving me a strong understanding of how homes are built from the ground up. I’m certified in home, termite, sewer, mold, asbestos, radon, pool and spa, solar and drone inspections, allowing me to provide comprehensive, detailed evaluations for my clients.
As a veteran, husband, father of two. And an active church member, I approach every inspection with integrity, professionalism, and respect. My clients know me for being thorough, punctual, and easy to communicate with, and my reports are designed to be clear, detailed, and easy to understand. A lot of my jobs come from referrals.
